Additional Conditions of return:

Ansjer will replace or repair defective products at Ansjer option after warranty verification of the returned product.
A product which does not come with Ansjer’s Serial Number, is non-returnable.
The customer will not return other products, parts or accessories.
Defective product must be returned within 30 days under a RMA authorization.
Customers will not be charged for warranty repairs. However, if a returned product does not meet warranty verification then testing, repair, and/or shipping fees may apply.
The time period for returns may be not accepted in the long Chinese-Holiday season.
If your product is not covered under warranty, you are responsible for all financial charges in connection with the product return, repair or replacement.
