• Once our technical support engineers determine the product is defective and within warranty, the customer will receive a RMA/Return Material Authorization number for repair or replacement. Products returned without an RMA number are not processed.
• Before shipment, the customer must provide the Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Serial Number of return merchandise. They will have to apply to Ansjer’s local Customs clearance. More important, the customer must check the conditions of packages in good order and at precise quantity. Otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for all penalties, duties, taxes and extra charges.
• Customers will return the defective product to Ansjer BY PREPAID.
• Returned defective products will be repaired or replaced, and shipped within 60 business days or best effort. Ansjer will not ensure the delivery date if, on any reason, you shall bear the blame of your own business activity, personal information or other losses.
