Warranty Policy
 
The warranty period starts from the date of shipment and it is one year. Warranty repair or replacement of product is impossible without providing of necessary documents for approval. If the claim is reasonable, warranty repair or product replacement will be performed free of charge for parts and labour during the guarantee period.
 
The warranty is NOT covered by following cases.
 
- Out of warranty period.
- In case of any breaking of Terms&Conditions listed at this site or the present Warranty policies.
- Damage or defective was caused by misuse, neglect or failure to follow instructions on user menus, mechanical moving during operation or transportation, private repair, alteration, disassembly, incorrect usage of voltage transformers, fire or lightning strike, connecting or using other accessory devices of non-Ansjer whole set, natural disasters, etc. 
- Any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect and special damages resulting from defects in the product.
- Defaced or removed serial number.
- Claimed not by Ansjer¡¯s Buyer (Warranties are non-transferable).
 
Product Return
 
Once our technical support engineers determine the product is defective and within warranty, the customer will receive a RMA/Return Material Authorization number for repair or replacement. Products returned without an RMA number are not processed.
 
BEFORE shipment, the customer must provide the Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Serial Number of return merchandise. They will have to apply to Ansjer¡¯s local Customs clearance. More important, the customer must check the conditions of packages in good order and at precise quantity. Otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for all penalties, duties, taxes and extra charges.
 
Customers will return the defective product to Ansjer BY PREPAID.
 
Returned defective products will be repaired or replaced, and shipped within 40 business days or best effort. Ansjer will not ensure the delivery date if, on any reason, you shall bear the blame of your own business activity, personal information or other losses.
 
Additional Conditions of return.
 
- Ansjer will replace or repair defective products at Ansjer option after warranty verification of the returned product.
- A product which does not come with Ansjer¡¯s Serial Number, is non-returnable.
- The customer will not return other products, parts or accessories
- Defective product must be returned within 30 days under a RMA authorization.
- Customers will not be charged for warranty repairs. However, if a returned product does not meet warranty verification then testing, repair, and/or shipping fees may apply.
- The time period for returns may be not accepted in the long Chinese-Holiday season.
- If your product is not covered under warranty, you are responsible for all financial charges in connection with the product return, repair or replacement.
 
Spare Sets or Parts Service
 
Ansjer can provide a certain proportion of spare sets or parts according to your ordered product quantity, for the sake of quick replacing after spot suddenness. Detailed content need negotiate between two parties to sign the contract in view of actual situations.
